| Congratulations to the swimmers who took part in the gala held at Braunstone on Saturday 19th September. After an emotional week, all swimmers gave their all, with Leicestershire Schools finishing a very creditable 3rd. The following swimmers won their individual events and therefore qualify to represent Division 4 at the National Finals in Crystal Palace next month: Junior: Jack Warren Ballard (100m backstroke) Intermediate: Bradley Matthews (100m breaststroke); Sophie Smith (200m Individual Medley); Carla Read (100m Breaststroke); Clare Ashmore (100m Butterfly) Senior: Jamie Thorpe (100m Butterfly) A big thank you to all swimmers, parents & officials for your support on the day | |
