The programme for this weekends galas has now been added to the website Both galas on Sunday 7th March are extremely busy and it is likely that there will only be a very short break between galas 5 & 6. Could everyone try and assist in keeping the galas flowing by ensuring swimmers report in good time for their events. It would also be helpful if swimmers could be reminded about holding onto the lane ropes close to the end when over the top starts are being used.
