2010-07-02	IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EVENTS IN SEPTEMBER

The county has been advised that the Braunstone Pool will be closed for a period in September to allow essential maintenance on the boom. This closure period clashes with the following events: Inter Clubs on 18th September Secondary Schools Regional Swimming Gala on 18th September Round 1 of Grand Prix Mini Meet on 11th September The Secondary Schools Regional Gala wil now take place at Hinckley Leisure Centre with a warm up time of 5.30pm. Further details will be sent to selected swimmers within Leicestershire in the near future At present no alternative venue has been found for the Inter Clubs as an eight lane pool is required. It is therefore likely that this event will be postponed and a final decision on any possible alternative date will be made in the next 7-10 days Round 1 of the Grand Prix Mini Meet is likely to take place during the afternoon of the 25th September at the Loughborough University Pool (25m) As soon as this is finalised all clubs will be sent further information.
