Funding & Bursaries

There are a number of ways help is available from LASA and the SE East Midlands Region for training for swim teachers and coaches. Conditions and qualifying rules apply to all options.​

1. 'Club Offer' prices for Courses
Level1 and Level 2 courses can be booked at a lower course cost. Follow the link below for details, conditions and how to apply

2. Regional Bursaries
On completion of a course Members can apply to SE East Midlands Region for funding:
£50 for completing a Level 1 Coaching Course

£100 for completing a Level 2 Coaching Course

3. LASA Bursaries
On completion of a course Members can apply to Leicestershire & Rutland ASA for funding:
£63 for completing a Level 1 Teaching or Coaching Course

£125 for completing a Level 2 Coaching Course

£200 for completing a Level 3 Coaching Course
