Photography & Videography
There is strictly NO PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEOGRAPHY permitted anywhere within the pool area including spectator gallery. Any one seen taking photographs/videos on any devise (camera, phone, tablet etc) will be required to delete them and will be asked to leave the area.
A LASA banner will be in the reception area against which photographs may be taken.
LASA will take photographs of any presentations and post to social media and the website. Where a request for videoing for Education purposes has already been made and accepted, these will be carried out by an authorised persons for that individual and event(s) requested. No late requests are being accepted.
Meet Officials

Coaches & Team Managers
All Coaches, Team Manager and Chaperones must apply for and wear their accreditation at all time while poolside. Accreditation is applied for via SE Members Options.
LASA will be printing off all accreditationa which can be collected from the Accreditation desk.
Please note: Only the personnel registered by their club as attending a session will be allowed poolside for that session. Having an accreditation does not give automatic entry to the pool deck.
If you haven't already, join the Coaches & Team Managers WhatsApp Group to get early sight of start sheets, finals lists etc. The QR code to join the group will be available on the Accreditation desk.
Volunteers
All volunteers will be required to wear a pass. These can be collected from the Accreditation Table.
Spectators
CASH PAYMENTS ONLY for entry to the gallery
